Starting off it's easy to use system makes it a breeze for our front office, we were all able to learn how to make charts and utilize them to our benefit in no time. With that the system is also very fast, we haven't ever faced any difficulties with sending our surveys or it running slow, and especially in a high performing office this is particularly important to ensure. Overall this system has helped us get more Google and Yelp reviews than ever and made it easier for us to understand patient experiences. This is software every business could use, as it truly does make life easier! **What do you dislike about Flowcharts?** There isn't anything that my office dislikes. If anything the customer service team is so helpful that they have even taken in our ideas of what to do new and add and integrated new features! **What problems is Flowcharts solving and how is that benefiting you?** FlowCharts AI biggest benefit is how it allows our dental office to understand patient experiences through Google and Yelp reviews. The ability to easily send any survey to patients in a variety of ways makes it so much easier on our end to ensure we are highlighting patient experiences on a timely manner.
