We use this software within the engineering industry to manage and maintain our employee resumes and project sheets. It has been an excellent resource for our team, helping us save significant time while improving the consistency, accuracy and overall quality of our materials. The platform is intuitive and has made it much easier to keep information organized, current and accessible. It has also helped streamline our processes and produce more consistent deliverables across the company. What truly sets the company apart, however, is its exceptional customer service. The support team seems to be available at all hours and consistently responds quickly, accurately and with a genuine willingness to help. Their guidance has been invaluable and we always feel well supported. The software also continues to evolve. Improvements, upgrades and new features are introduced regularly, often making our day-to-day work even easier. It is clear that the company listens to its customers and is committed to continuously improving the user experience. Flowcase gives my company a central platform for managing CVs/resumes across multiple offices in different countries. We are able to categorize and tag user profiles for ease of searching for relevant team members. The system also refreshes back-end data changes instantly, which is beneficial. When we started out with Flowcase , I found the system to be a little unflexible, but 4 years down the line my view on this has changed radically. Implementing CV Partner has been one of our most successful and beneficial launches. My users love the ease of use and have commented that CV Partner makes updating resumes, an often dreaded chore, a fun experience. The additional insight into our staff and corporate expertise and skills have faciliated cross-company collobartion on not only proposals, but questions like who can help with my Python script or review my data analysis. We can narrow the list of potential candidates and projects for proposals in minutes instead of hours of tedious keyword searches in the prior system. We find new ways to use CV Partner regularly; it's a pillar of our data environment. Implementing CV Partner couldn't have been any easier or gone better. When we launched, we had the best possible outcome--no one needed to call for help or support, people adapted very quickly, and we now get feedback that updating resumes is fun. But it's more than an incredible product. The customer support team is absolutely top notch. Time after time, our team has gone above and beoyond to make sure integrations and data imports go smoothly with no downtown.
