Flott is a SaaS fleet management and maintenance platform (CMMS) developed in Panama. It automates preventive maintenance schedules based on manufacturer specs — differentiating between Normal and Severe use — and triggers service alerts automatically when vehicles reach scheduled mileage. Mileage is updated via GPS, fuel card, or manual entry. Key modules: preventive and corrective maintenance, fuel control, insurance policy management, workshop and spare parts inventory, driver management, and executive reporting with TCO per vehicle. Monthly subscription per vehicle, no installation required, accessible from any device.
