The ability to give your sponsors and stakeholders a significant profile is a real bonus. The FLOOR is really user friendly and easy to manage. **What do you dislike about FLOOR by 10Times?** There are a few bugs and inconsistencies but each version is better and more stable than the one before. The developers listent to the feedback and make improvements. **Recommendations to others considering FLOOR by 10Times:** Thoroughly recommend the FLOOR but you have to have the time to be able to set up and manage it to your specifications. The support is good but there is some work that you yourself need to put in to ensure it is set up as you want it to be. You also need to remember that the platform cannot manage the entire event for you - you still need to put the right plans in place as you would for a face to face event. **What problems is FLOOR by 10Times solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to hold our annual conference - the leading event in Africa for Supply Chain Professionals - in 2000 and 2001 which we would not have otherwise been able to do because of the Corona Virus. FLOOR goes beyond the simple online video meetings. One of our favorite features is that FLOOR provides a "community" mode where attendees can interact with each other fully, by text or video, set their profiles, exchange business cards, check sponsors' exhibits, join networking tables, etc. Setting up the event has been straightforward. It takes time to configure all available options, as expected, but the platform, again, is user-friendly. In this regard, the support offered by the company before and during the event has been amazing, they were always available to solve our doubts and to help us set up the conference. **What do you dislike about FLOOR by 10Times?** While the essential functions of FLOOR worked perfectly, some features do need some tweaking. For instance, user registration has been an issue for us because we had our own registration platform and we ended up having to register users manually. Also, there have been some issues with automatic messages sent from the FLOOR platform. Some emails disappeared (we never received them!) or were marked by our spam service. We understand this has to do mostly with our email server, but it indicates that FLOOR has an aggressive bulk mailing. **What problems is FLOOR by 10Times solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have successfully carried out our virtual conference. You can roam around the rooms, meet people, visit sponsor booths, etc. The backstage feature is excellent for managing the sessions since you can talk privately with speakers before the session begins. I like working together with FLOOR Team because basically we have been partnered with 10times especially in the promotions side and they have been very supportive and patient enough to listen and teach first timer users of the platform...Truly FLOOR and 10times are the best partners! **What do you dislike about FLOOR by 10Times?** the social feed simulcast feature, in which the platform cannot convert them to multicast, the mirror setting in the virtual background, and the downtime that happened during the live broadcast. Registration should also be improved. Once the registrants, fill in the registration form, it should direct to the site itself. Sometimes, they tend to go back to the original registration site which is 10times. Another issue is the compatibility with mac products and it should be compatible to any browser. Normally it is hard for companies especially big companies who have firewalls in their company deskstops or laptops.
