It has some great features and functionality that makes it very interactive. Support team are extremely helpful. We evaluated several similar platforms before Floor. No flexibility in drafting email text to send to invitees. Having an email platform linked to the system would make it easier. Welcome (Conference Hall area) needs to have a larger racial demographic. Especially to appeal to African audience. Seems like a lot of our audience based in East Africa so not have extremely good internet. It offers extras like a virtual FLOOR plan, customisation features and attendees can easily navigate their way through the platform.
