## FlockDB Reviews
  ### 1. Great tool to keep your team connected virtually

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2020

**What do you like best about FlockDB?**

I love how easy the system is to use and it helps my team stay connected virtually which is more important now than ever

**What do you dislike about FlockDB?**

It took a little while to get used to using the system because the training materials provided word as ideal as I would’ve hoped

**What problems is FlockDB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving problems of employees remaining engaged in a virtual environment

  ### 2. Easy to use, simple platform to learn and adapt to

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about FlockDB?**

Quick access to EE data, benefits enrollment is a BREEZE!

**What do you dislike about FlockDB?**

An employee's PTO balance is not embeded in their HR profile as benefits are. I want to go to an EE's profile and have all the access to their info or be able to at least click a button to find what I need.

When keying an EE title change/job classification, their PTO balance resets to zero. This causes anxiety for our employees and tracking down the info I need to reset their balance is a nuisance.

**What problems is FlockDB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits enrollment and deduction info is simple and easy to comprehend for HR and our employees. Open enrollment is not a headache now.

  ### 3. FlockDB is a great tool to manage interactions!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2019

**What do you like best about FlockDB?**

I enjoy using FlockDB because it helps me manage all the engagements on my small business's website. Although originally used by Twitter for managing following/followers content, this open-sourced database program is excellent in helping me sort and organize traffic data for my website.

**What do you dislike about FlockDB?**

The open-source format means that a basic knowledge of programming is required, and this can be a bit challenging to learn in the beginning. That being said, I have figured this out with my team and am able to use FlockDB for everything I need for my small business.

**Recommendations to others considering FlockDB:**

Make someone on your team the "point person" for FlockDB. They need to have a background of programming and logic-based interactions with software. If someone is designated for this role as I was at my company, learning this helpful software will be much more efficient.

**What problems is FlockDB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage website traffic, data interactions, sales performance, and other metrics using FlockDB's many open features.

  ### 4. FlockDC Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | General Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2019

**What do you like best about FlockDB?**

FlockDB is able to store relationships by looking at followers and favorites and transmitting that information into reliable data graphs.

**What do you dislike about FlockDB?**

It doesn't really dive deep into the information you are looking for -- even though it has a plethora of network graphs.

**What problems is FlockDB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collect data for a new marketing campaign based off of information from social media users. There are many benefits but I need something that jumps much deeper into data collection.
