I would call it a perfect DIY platform where I was able to create and implement bots for my business. Earlier me and my team have evaluated different platforms but Floatbot has stood out for us. Also setting up the AI capabilities was quite straightforward. Analyze feature allows me to go through my chatbot usage statistics which is great! The bot serves all the queries we get through the website. It saves a lot of time and effort for replying to each of the user’s queries that we receive on regular basis.
