I am also able to pull reports when needed. It is invaluable for both entry-level and lateral recruiting. I also use the events feature, which allows me to track candidates we meet at various events on campus. This gives us a full picture of a candidate’s touch points throughout the recruiting season. **What do you dislike about Flo?** There is not much to dislike! I’ve used other ATS systems before and Flo is leagues above those. The team is always willing to hear feedback / ways to improve the product and responds to the chat very quickly when I have questions. **What problems is Flo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flo makes it easy for me to keep track of candidates we meet at events and during the recruiting process.
