**What do you like best about Flo?**

Flo Recruit is extremely user friendly and I love that I am able to track candidates seamlessly using the ATS. I am also able to pull reports when needed. It is invaluable for both entry-level and lateral recruiting. I also use the events feature, which allows me to track candidates we meet at various events on campus. This gives us a full picture of a candidate’s touch points throughout the recruiting season.

**What do you dislike about Flo?**

There is not much to dislike! I’ve used other ATS systems before and Flo is leagues above those. The team is always willing to hear feedback / ways to improve the product and responds to the chat very quickly when I have questions.

**What problems is Flo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flo makes it easy for me to keep track of candidates we meet at events and during the recruiting process. Our admin team also got up to speed with using Flo in no time.
