What do you like best about Prevail?

What I like about Prevail is the feature of sticky notes. This feature helps when you have something important on the file that may get missed in the notes. The sticky note pops up as soon as you open that file and you can put muliple ones with different notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prevail?

We have a hard time getting our other system to integrate properly with Prevail at times. Sometimes it will not go through and sometimes it will create multiples of the same lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prevail?

I used Prevail for two years working at my job before they switched over to another online-based platform and I enjoyed working with Prevail despite the difficulties I had with it. It gave you exactly what you needed and it was easy to use and customize. Also, the cute prevail themes for Halloween, Christmas, and different colors really boosted my mood at work because at least what I was staring at for 8+ hours a day was fun to see. What do you dislike about Prevail?

I didn't like that it would get so slow on some days that I couldn't even use it and since was an actual software and not something you can log into through Google chrome, it definitely crashed often. I also didn't like that I had to enter absolutely everything into the system spending hours weekly doing that instead of being able to focus on the true work.
