Once you have your branding setup, its very easy to use. I was able to link both Insta and FaceBook pretty eaisly. I love the fact that it can create a schedule, add relevant content and auto post. Iris, the AI assistant, seems to be very helpful. I did have contact to support for a billing request (I jumped too soon on to the platform) and they were able to go above and beyond to make it better than right! The only thing I wish for is an auto-generated list of hashtags based on performance. It would be incredibly useful if Flick could automatically create lists of effective and ineffective hashtags to streamline the optimisation process even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to create posts, the planning guide & features really are great, and the analytics especially for hashtags and understanding which posts are performing is amazing. I love how easy it is to repurpose content & create new posts from ones that performed well. The media library is great & their support is really helpful too! I have found Flick to be especially helpful when planning out my social media content implementation across multiple platforms. I have also connected a couple team members to my Flick account, and we can share posts between us - which is helpful in keeping our branding and our messaging streamlined in a variety of networks and connections. I think the layout is easy and visually appealing, which is helpful when content messaging on a variety of platforms can be tedious and overwhelming at times. With the structure of Flick, there is no problem sending out multiple posts across a multiple platforms with the right criterion for each platform already in the design. With a few team members on my account, I wish that I could upload media to be accessible to anyone on the account, rather than having to upload media in each person's account separately. It's generaly easy to use and provides innovative tools that make creating a post very easy. It is very easy to implement changes to post and there are even recommendations for when I should post. It also integrates well with my social media pages. I've recent increased frequency of use. However, I haven't contacted customer support because the platform works so well. I work in the fashion/ecommerce industry. It would be awesome if I could tag my products in posts. Current that is a feature in most social media platforms, but not on Flick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to generate content ideas and post them with ease so far in advance is really beneficial. I have been able to generate posts for over 3 months ahead so I do not need to worry that my content is not relevent. It is easy to identify appropriate hashtags and receieving the reports via email you can clearly see what is working and what needs to be adapted for the future. It would be great to see bigger images that are created by AI straight away; the images are very small at the moment to see clearly. Identifying what else extra is included in the higher packages would be helpful; at the moment the website just says access to all features but doesn't specify what these are and how they are different to the Solo subscription. Not down sides but things that I am sure your team is already working on:

1) save frequently used locations
