FleetUp Reviews & Product Details

Website is easy. Mostly use the GPS tracking and Dashcam options. Great resource in the event of an accident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashcams are not as easy to install as the self-install video makes it appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we have installed FleetUp, we no longer worry about where our trucks are. It has brought us great piece of mind, and we really appreciate this service. I would definitely recommend FleetUp to any company with a fleet of vehicles or equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of anything I dislike about FleetUp, our contact at FleeUp was great, the product came as requested, and everything was easy to install and configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best about fleet up is the easy-to-use platform and the outstanding customer service they provide. If you pair a GPS with a Dash Camera you will have a perfect system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I don't enjoy about it is that I think it could be more accurate. Sometimes the GPS tracking lags a little when I am trying to check where the car is at. Another improvement also could be to have a pulled-over mode for when the police pull you over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is mediocre; it provides the most basic services but is priced high for what it is, and they have shady sales practices. The system itself is OK regarding more basic items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are going with them to try them out, buyer beware, they like to sneak in hyperlinks into the contract while the salesperson tells you no contract. Also, the services are expensive compared to other companies for what's offered. The biggest downside is if you want to review where your techs have been or driving incidents such as speeding, you can't just pull up the map and see where the incidents occurred. You have to click and watch a video to see infractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

System worked great a few times it showed the truck in the wrong spot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They lied to me about no contract. I told them up front that we were a seasonal business & would need to turn off the system during our off season. Now they are telling me no that they cannot do that & want to bill me for the remaining term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

have not found anything yet about Fleetup to dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This simple and easy web and mobile access allows me to track all our trucks from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the options are buried in settings and not super intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the live update and the mileage feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The hookup process for the camera is a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like to be able to track where the vehicles are at any given time and be able to coach/correct issues in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GPS and camera are "sensitive" and will call out things like sharp turn when they are on an on ramp getting on the highway. The volume on the camera could be louder. When you are in a noisy vehicle, you can't always hear what it is saying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is very user-friendly. Nothing complicated about tracking the vehicles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pulling reports was something new to me, and reading the reports. The reports have times, clock time and time vehicle is stopped at a location; they get a little confusing. I would say reading / making sense of the time data on the reports is the most difficult task I have run into with Fleet Up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
