What do you like best about FleetUp?

What do you like best about FleetUp?

The best about fleet up is the easy-to-use platform and the outstanding customer service they provide. If you pair a GPS with a Dash Camera you will have a perfect system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FleetUp?

The only thing I don't enjoy about it is that I think it could be more accurate. Sometimes the GPS tracking lags a little when I am trying to check where the car is at. Another improvement also could be to have a pulled-over mode for when the police pull you over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"System is OK, but Stay Away...."

What do you like best about FleetUp?

The system is mediocre; it provides the most basic services but is priced high for what it is, and they have shady sales practices. THey system itself is OK regarding more basic items Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FleetUp?

If you are going with them to try them out, buyer beware, they like to sneak in hyper links into the contract while the salesperson tells you no contract. Also the services are expensive compared to other companies for whats offer. THe biggest down side is if you want to review where you techs have been or driving incidents such as speeding, you cant just pull up the map and see where the incidents occurred. YOu have to click and watch a video to see infractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FleetUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

THey could not solve our issues after leading us along for a while regarding tech incident tracking; we also had further issues trying to leave when they told us about a hyperlink that was attached to the DocuSign. Even though terms and condition were laid out in the 2 pager service agreement, there was a seperate 6 page link that was not referenced and we were blatantly told we were not under contract. They tried to tell us we had to pay off the rest of the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"They lied about now contract"

What do you like best about FleetUp?

They lied to me about no contract. I told them up front that we were a seasonal business & would need to turn off the system during our off season. Now they are telling me no that they cannot do that & want to bill me for the remaining term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FleetUp?

I like to be able to track where the vehicles are at any given time and be able to coach/correct issues in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GPS and camera are "sensitive" and will call out things like sharp turn when they are on an on ramp getting on the highway. The volume on the camera could be louder. When you are in a noisy vehicle, you can't always hear what it is saying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pulling reports was something new to me, and reading the reports. The reports have times, clock time and time vehicle is stopped at a location; they get a little confusing. I would say reading / making sense of the time data on the reports is the most difficult task I have run into with Fleet Up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
