Fleetile is a GPS fleet tracking and telematics platform for businesses that need to know where their vehicles are and act on it, not just watch a map. Every vehicle appears on a single live map, with positions refreshed every few seconds rather than every few minutes, along with speed, heading and last-seen time. Geofences let you draw a zone around a depot, a client site or a whole city and get an alert the moment a vehicle enters or leaves it. When a vehicle moves without authorisation, a remote engine immobiliser lets you stop it from your phone; the command is queued and executes once the vehicle is stationary rather than cutting power at speed. Route playback replays any journey second by second, showing the exact route taken, the speed at every point, time spent at each stop with the address, and the places where harsh braking, rapid acceleration or speeding occurred. Operators use it to settle customer disputes with a record instead of a recollection, and to coach drivers against specific events rather than general accusations. Driver behaviour monitoring turns five weighted signals into a single score per driver: harsh braking, rapid acceleration, speed violations, sharp cornering and idle time per kilometre. Fleet reports cover distance, trips, fuel, driver behaviour and utilisation, so idling above a set threshold or a vehicle with no trips on a working day becomes visible instead of buried in a spreadsheet. More than 30 configurable alerts cover unauthorised movement, tampering, speeding, harsh driving, fuel drops and low power, routed to the dashboard or to a manager's phone. Fleetile works with over 200 GPS devices out of the box, with no hardware lock-in, and tracks any vehicle or asset - cars, motorcycles, vans, trucks, buses, generators, trailers and machinery. Teams use it on the web dashboard and on iOS and Android. Fleet operators typically adopt Fleetile to cut fuel waste, prevent theft, prove deliveries, improve driver safety and give customers accurate ETAs. Fuel is often 30 to 40 percent of a fleet's operating cost, and a vehicle left idling burns roughly 0.8 to 1.5 litres per hour, so visibility into idling and unauthorised use pays back quickly.
