The interface is user-friendly, especially when it comes to setting up queries and alerts. It also supports strong collaboration across teams, allowing different users within the organization to view cases and alerts easily. I particularly appreciate the intelligence reports and the compromised credential alerting, which adds valuable context. Customer support has been excellent-responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that come up. I wish there was a way to create and manage lists where we could store various names or values, and then simply reference the list by name in our queries. It would work similarly to lookup tables in Splunk, where you input values into rows and then reference the table directly in your search logic.
