## About Fiyox
Fiyox is a quote and proposal management tool for small and mid-sized businesses. It replaces the Excel and Word files most teams use to prepare quotes. You keep your customers, products and prices in one place and build a proposal in a few minutes. Each quote shows cost, discount, tax and profit margin, so you know what a deal is worth before you send it. Customer-specific discounts are applied automatically, and discounts above a set limit can be sent to a manager for approval. The template editor lets you design proposals in your own layout, with your own colors and terms. Proposals can be downloaded as PDF, Word or Excel, or shared with the customer through a secure link. You can track each proposal's status on a board and turn approved quotes into contracts. Fiyox also includes an AI assistant that can prepare a draft proposal from a short request. It works on web, tablet and mobile, is available in 8 languages, and has a free plan.
