FixRAgent Reviews & Product Details

fixRAgent is an AI-powered property maintenance triage tool that enables property managers, landlords, and homeowners to diagnose household repair issues from a photograph, identify the exact parts required, and receive step-by-step repair instructions without requiring a contractor visit for initial assessment. The platform is built around Google Gemini Vision AI, which analyzes uploaded images of broken appliances or structural issues, identifies the specific component at fault, and generates a structured repair plan. This process is designed to replace the diagnostic portion of a contractor call-out, giving property owners actionable information before any professional is dispatched. fixRAgent is used across residential and commercial property management scenarios, including single-family homes, multi-unit portfolios, and facilities management operations. The platform supports repair categories spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, large and small appliances, roofing, flooring, and outdoor systems. Key features and capabilities include: - Instant Visual Diagnosis: Users upload a photo of a broken item and the AI identifies the root cause, the specific hardware at fault, and a confidence score for the diagnosis within under 30 seconds. - Automated Parts Manifest: The system generates a list of exact replacement parts with brand and model recommendations, linked directly to retailers including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon, along with estimated repair costs. - Visual Property Ledger: Property managers can log appliances, track service histories, and store repair records across an entire portfolio, converting vague tenant maintenance requests into structured work order data. - Seasonal Maintenance Checklists: Pre-built checklists organized by season help property owners stay ahead of recurring maintenance needs throughout the year. - Commercial and Enterprise Inspection Reporting: Supports portfolio-scale deployment with custom enterprise licensing for facilities teams managing large or multi-location properties. fixRAgent is available on a subscription basis with four tiers: a free plan offering two diagnoses, a personal plan at $4.99 per month for unlimited troubleshooting, a Lite Landlord plan at $14.99 per month for up to three properties, and a Pro Landlord plan at $99 per month for unlimited properties and full maintenance history. A free first scan is available with no account or credit card required.
