FixGrid Reviews & Product Details

FixGrid is maintenance software built for multifamily apartments. It connects tickets, make-ready turns, inspections, preventive maintenance, assets, parts, and compliance on one system of record, from the 2 a.m. work order to the lender's binder. It was built by a 20-year multifamily maintenance professional (FMP) for the people who actually run the work. Technicians get an offline mobile app with parts right on the ticket. Property managers see unit status, turns, resident requests, and the compliance clock in one place. Regionals and owners get health across properties and exportable proof. Inspections write work orders on submit, with no clipboard re-entry. Compliance covers regulated building systems, NSPIRE readiness, and lender packets. FixGrid is maintenance-first, not a property management system, so your PMS keeps leasing and accounting. Every plan is monthly with no contract and includes unlimited users, the mobile app, and the resident portal. Security includes MFA, role-based permissions, and an attributed audit trail.
