The last thing you need when dealing with time-sensitive financial transactions is to have a third-party service fail on you. Thankfully, we have never experienced this with Fixer. Because it works seamlessly, it is easy to forget that the service is an integral part of our business processes, especially given that the name does not reflect the function. The fixer API is really well documented, intuitive, and easy to work with. It has proven very reliable as well, and this is probably the thing I like the most. The only thing I dislike with Fixer.io is the reporting for API usage, it would be helpful to see more information on the types of requests being made and from where.
