Fivvv Reviews & Product Details

Fivvv is a lightweight KPI execution tool for small teams. It connects monthly KPIs, weekly tasks, measured results and plan adjustments so teams can see whether completed work is actually producing results. Managers define Primary KPIs (the result a person owns) and Driver KPIs (leading indicators); teams plan weekly tasks, update actual results, review progress together and adjust the plan when activity is not producing the expected outcome. Monthly KPI results are kept as history (target, actual, achievement per month; 1/3/6/12-month views), replacing disconnected spreadsheets and KPI slide decks. Intentionally lightweight: not an HR, project-management or OKR suite. Core loop: Target, Plan, Do, Measure, Adjust. Web app with a UI in 10 languages. Pricing per workspace, not per seat: Free for 1-5 active members; Team $19/month (6-20); Growth $49/month (21-50); Scale $99/month (51-100); Company 101+ on request. Developed by Ichii GmbH, Germany.
