Ease of use, there are so many bespoke features that its very easy to build a campaign area that fits each individual client

Sometimes theres a little lag with the system

Custome reports and campaign areas saves us a massive amount of time when reporting to clients

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

Ease of use. It is straightforward for a new person to CRM to build a logical platform.

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

Lack of communication when there are system failures. To many times, changes were made within the system that caused errors within our platform, and we could never get the reasons for these failures explained.

**What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works for us. it is easily manageable and can be expanded as required. We now save time and are better resourced.

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

Five CRM is a wonderful software that provided us with all the marketing-related solutions and helped us a lot in uplifting our business. It has helped us in extending our reach to our target market and potential customers. We noticed it pretty secure to apply and it also helped us in creating a model for the management and organization of our business keeping in view the market orientation. With it now we can keep a history of our customers and helped us in managing our future customers too.

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

Nothing I found difficult while using Five CRM it has all features we need for product and marketing automation.

**What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Five CRM is a software that we have found as a complete marketing and sales-related solution package. With its variety of features, we can extend our business out there to our potential customers and the target market. It is very easy and simple to use, we haven’t found any complexity in using it. With the help of Five CRM, we can keep a record of our client’s history. Just its basic interface is something that has bothered us otherwise it is a very good CRM solution

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

Five CRM is a user-friendly tool and it is an effective software to store conversations of their customer as a backup. In any emergency, we can restore our call history and conversation from this CRM software. It is an artificial intelligence-based software that helps its users to track their target audience and to interact with them for the acknowledgment of our field of interest.

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

Five CRM is a very useful platform but this platform is needed to improve advertising and marketing options and it needs to improve its store capacity because as a user is increasing it takes much time in loading and searching our call histories and conversation recordings. It consumes huge speed of internet. Something when our internet speed is coming slowly we are not able to connect anyone.

**What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform is very beneficial for international companies to store and analyze their cells and sales details and create a report of our everyday cells and sales. Five is a call center and sales management tools to save time and work with 100% efficiency.

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

the best part of this CRM is how easy it is to set yourself for the day. IF you are hungry for success and work; this CRM will make it easy for you to log everything. This CRM is almost the epitome of success at the work place. I would strongly recommend this CRM

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

The only complaint I have is the program sometimes jams. I think this happens with every CRM but it seems to be more common on this one. Overall the performance of the CRM is superb and exceeds expectations. However, if the navigation process was a bit smoother, it would out perform every CRM out there.

**Recommendations to others considering FIVE CRM:**

I would watch a youtube video before providing this to your employees so you know how to navigate through the whole CRM.

**What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems I am solving are organization throughout my employees. They seem to be working better with FIVE CRM than when we had salesforce. When we have used other CRMs there always seems to be some sort of misplacement of leads.

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

the tool had been very customizable and had been really capable and useful  marketing tool. I used it briefly with my previous employer and it really helped in streamlining the tasks.

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

Although it is very userfriendly, I faced some issues sometimes because of some bug in the application. the tool would get stuck at times and greatly depends on the net connection.

**What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It had been really helpful for my company to maintain records of various equipment sold to different sites and helped in streamlining the entire flow.

The nice capabilities of FIVE CRM have been making our marketing efforts worth it.

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

What I like most about Five CRM is that it has a management model of the entire organization, based on user orientation (or market orientation), the closest concept is relational marketing, that is, one that is based on generating profitable relationships with customers. Additionally, our internal sales team make many outgoing calls, and the Five CRM interface allows us an excellent fast movement.

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

It has nothing negative, it also has a built-in report writer that allows non-technical people to create their own reports without any knowledge of the structure of the database or the complexities of the data query. It also helped us to easily create and update the scripts on the fly, ensuring that their agents are always up to date and prepared.

**Recommendations to others considering FIVE CRM:**

My company recommends this great software because if you need a marketing CRM that is highly flexible and highly functional, look no further. FIVE CRM was created from scratch to be among the most configurable in the market. Also thanks to Five CRM we save time in case of a large volume of calls or queries with an easy record of activities.

**What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Five CRM helped us solve everything that has to do in the company with calls and sales. The built-in functionality for callback management, workflow automation and automatic dialing differentiates this system from standard CRM; on the contrary, CRM functionality distinguishes it from call center systems, all of which are important points we have solved only thanks to Five CRM.

5 CRM is so easy to use/ manage we use it to keep record all of our previous current and even future clients.

fairly basic when it comes to CRM's however it has all the features our business needs.

distinguishing our different prospects and where they have came from so we can plan what we will doing with each area.

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

This CRM has proven to be a great choice for call centers or high volume outbound /inbound  sales environments. Logging calls or activities is very easy and quick, you can automatically go to the next account and the number of clicks is limited which helps save time. If KPIs are at the core of your business process, this is a good tool but for sales departments managing whole sales cycle, it is very limited. 

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

The user interface is very dull and basic, not at all engaging. Everything is down via drop down menus and the functions are very basic. 

**What problems is FIVE CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time in case of high volume of calls or Inquiries with easy logging of activities. The data is difficult to extract which is an additional security. The pricing is much better than other CRM for a call center environment.

**What do you like best about FIVE CRM?**

We use this with our inside sales staff. By far, it is the most simple, user friendly CRM to use for short cycle sales. Our inside sales staff does A LOT of outgoing calling, and the interface on Five CRM enables quick movement. 

**What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?**

Ever so often, the system has glitches that occur, but the customer service staff is super helpful and gets us back and running quickly.
