As a developer, I especially appreciate how it helps us deliver a high-quality visual experience while reducing implementation complexity and maintenance effort. **What do you dislike about Fittingbox?** What I like less is that the rendering can change quite a lot when switching sizes of the same model. At times, it almost feels like you are looking at different frames, probably because the underlying 3D models or acquisition techniques are not always perfectly consistent. **What problems is Fittingbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fittingbox is solving the problem of helping customers visualize eyewear online in a realistic way, through VTO and 3D Viewer. We reviewed this tool on a trial basis and was not able to come to consensus on using this tool for our organization. **Recommendations to others considering Fittingbox:** I would recommend that you have dedicated staff to evaluate this product and establish vendor support in order to get the most out of the evaluation process and perhaps have more success that our organization was able to achieve. We are still open with considering this tool at a later time. **What problems is Fittingbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking into Fitting Box to have a greater reach to potential customers and interested parties. We were looking for an interaction yet informative tool for promoting the organization.
