What do you like best about 3DLOOK?

I love that I can scan a real person with my cell phone and get a realistic avatar shape that I can then custom dress versus a more generalized or averaged size avatar. 3DLOOK scanning allows you to dress a customer in flattering clothing that allows for extra body curves and the variations we all have in height, weight, and width. What do you like best about 3DLOOK?

That the app works as expected.

It's great technology.

Although the onboarding process I wasted several hundred pounds paying monthly, when I hadn't finished the website and would of welcome some advice and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3DLOOK?

I didn't like the way I was treated as a new customer when I had questions. I didn't appreciate the pressure from Alexandria essentially her message was if I didn't sign up now - (before my website was completed) then the starter pack would no longer be available at that price . I felt stressed and signed up several months before I was ready and paid hundred of pounds before needing to.
