The AR integration is pretty need. **What do you dislike about 3DLOOK?** There is a couple of points that you need to know before use it, the first one is no free trial, and you need to pay a fee for setup, so you need to make sure that this integration is about you are looking for. **What problems is 3DLOOK solving and how is that benefiting you?** The way that you can show the clothing is pretty need, because is made via AR integration so you can make a pretty close idea of the real deal to the customer and I think that is perfect to secure a purchase. ### 2. It makes it really fun and helps stop the spread of covid too! It's definitely the leader in virtual dressing room programs. **What do you dislike about 3DLOOK?** So far I haven't found anything I dislike about 3DLOOK. The program is very user friendly and easy to navigate. **What problems is 3DLOOK solving and how is that benefiting you?** 3DLOOK definitely helps customers with deciding what they want to purchase, without the hassle of having to go out and physically shop and try on clothes and accessories. ### 4. The sizing is hard to try on through the product. Otherwise the visualizing of the clothing is good. **What problems is 3DLOOK solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's enabling me along with many other customers and users who have used it before to try clothing on virtually and save trips to the store to do so. I look forward to continuing to see what they develop in the coming years. **What problems is 3DLOOK solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use 3DLOOK to show my students how to use 3DLOOK to create custom avatars within CLO 3D, a pattern design and manufacturing software for the apparel industry. ### 7. It's great technology. Although the onboarding process I wasted several hundred pounds paying monthly, when I hadn't finished the website and would of welcome some advice and support. **What do you dislike about 3DLOOK?** I didn't like the way I was treated as a new customer when I had questions. I didn't appreciate the pressure from Alexandria essentially her message was if I didn't sign up now - (before my website was completed) then the starter pack would no longer be available at that price . I felt stressed and signed up several months before I was ready and paid hundred of pounds before needing to. June -August there was no after care or follow up in customer service which really disappointed me. **Recommendations to others considering 3DLOOK:** To have an on boarding team that follows up on the customer service and assistant with any questions or needs. Offer a better customer service from Alexandria. **What problems is 3DLOOK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fit problem with e-commerce shopping. ### 8. If one follows all the recommendations, the results are accurate and can be easily used in Gerber, Lectra and CLO software. **What do you dislike about 3DLOOK?** I cant see significant downsides in the software. **What problems is 3DLOOK solving and how is that benefiting you?** 3dlook enables one to use one´s own body avatar in different CAD programs. That always gives better results than building the avatar inside a program where options of changing body measurements and shapes can be limited. ### 11.
