First Due Co Reviews & Product Details

First Due Co. is a firefighter and EMS training platform built by a 25-year career Captain. It puts six AI-powered training tools in every firefighter's pocket so they can train the way they actually work: fast, practical, and under pressure. Unlike static slide decks or recycled video libraries, First Due Co. uses AI to create real training pressure. Firefighters speak their radio size-up into the mic and get graded on clarity, completeness, and tactical accuracy. They practice Mayday calls, CAN reports, and benchmark transmissions with instant voice feedback. They prep for promotional oral boards with an AI panel that evaluates them on the five standard assessment center dimensions. The platform includes 23,000+ quiz questions across 16 certification tracks (Firefighter I/II, Driver/Operator, Company Officer, Hazmat, EMT, Paramedic, and more), timed practice exams, and an AI study assistant that explains every answer. 366 daily company drills give officers a ready-to-go training plan for every day of the year, complete with equipment lists, step-by-step instructions, and discussion questions. Individual firefighters can train on their own for $7.99/month. Station and department plans add crew management, training assignments, SOG uploads with auto-generated quizzes, and completion tracking. All content follows national standards (NFPA, AHA, NREMT) and works for any department in the country.
