Actually, when I started using Virtual data Rooms, I had a big problem copying the new files downloaded and I had to do it sometimes one by one. But the simplicity in using Firmex, saved me a lot of time and made it possible for me to download and upload documents easily in no time and saved me a lot of work. We've used the Firmex data room for several years now and it is regularly praised by our clients and other solicitors for being user friendly and easy to use. We use the data room daily and have rarely needed customer support or experienced any outages, making it a reliable tool. The ease of implementation and establishing a data room is should also be highlighted, which pleases clients who urgently need a data room opened.
