The limited range of features it does not allows me to gain insights, into my audience, traffic sources, and conversions. The user interface is not intuitive and difficult to navigate. **What do you dislike about Finteza?** Finteza provides analytics and monitoring capabilities I do find it disappointing that there are options for customizing reports. It would be advantageous to have control over how datas presented in reports allowing us to tailor them according to our specific needs. **What problems is Finteza solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user interface of the platform is sometimes overwhelming and confusing for users who face a steep learning curve. The way it presents reports is not good even enticing those whore nt tech savvy to explore the insights. Its not user friendly. One aspect is the customization options for the analytics dashboard, can not increase data insights. I'm not sure though if i'm the only one that experience such. **What problems is Finteza solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used it to correct some blindspots in my funnels. Because I realized that no matter how much i spent on ads, i couldn't get the conversion I wanted at the end of the day. Finteza software is so powerful that it even help me to truck the number of times prospects hovered over an event on my funnel without even clicking on it. ### 9.
