Finley abstracts the complexities of translating our multi-hundred page agreements into a borrowing base template and performance reporting which allows us to focus on what is core to us. I just have to worry about passing them clean data and they'll do the rest. As we've layered on new facilities, they have been able to easily handle changing data schemas and getting each new deal launched has been pretty lightweight. The team keeps building incremental functionality and we look forward to seeing the product evolve and if I squint I can see a world where we fulfill all of our reporting obligations to our lenders within the Finley App and even money movements related to funding requests and settlements are initiated and approved via the App giving our lenders the safety and security they desire. Finley has used a very thoughtful approach to building its debt facility management platform, by establishing relationships with a plethora of borrowers and lenders in the market and leveraging their feedback to continually evolve their product. As a result, the analytics and borrowing base capabilities of the Finley platform have gradually become robust, which has made it very easy to use their features daily / weekly. The Finley platform is extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and provides the necessary reporting template ouputs in order to execute our Borrowing Base and Monthly Servicer Report needs. The people at Finley are also fantastic to work with. The one downside or hardship that our team has faced is that is taking longer than expected to get fully onboarded and full utilization on Finley than expected, in part from lack of time/resources on our end. I think more thoughtful planning on a weekly basis and ensuring everyone is on the same page throughout the enitrety of the proccess would make our (the clients) lives easier. We have a pretty complex credit facility in place. Within a few days of our engagement, the team at Finley were able to quickly scope out the necessary reporting requirements of our credit facility which allowed us to quickly stand up our facility, stay in compliance and meet all of our reporting obligations with our lender.
