What do you like best about FindTuner?

What do you like best about FindTuner?

The features are really thought-through, and the interface is very easy to use. I don't think there's any other tool we use that's so user-friendly. The support and expertise of Innovent Solutions is fantastic, they're always able to provide an answer to any question as well as recommendations on how to achieve the desired outcome. They were also able to adapt some parts of FindTuner according to our needs (for ex. support of multiple languages). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FindTuner?

As mentioned by another reviewer, we did sometimes feel that we were testing releases that maybe weren't entirely ready for production. However, this never blocked us in any way and never had negative impact on our performance with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Valuable Search Tool with Great Support"
What do you like best about FindTuner?

I like that Innovent Solutions is a small company and they seem better able to respond to customer wishes, requests, and pleas for help. They have taken the time to get to know us, our needs, and (to some extent) our data. When we give suggestions to make something easier for us to use the FindTuner product, they seem to give it careful consideration, and often respond that it is either already planned for an upcoming release or they will try to get it into an upcoming release.

When we end up having a critical problem (consumer-facing production outage), they are quick to respond, and help us fix our data (if our data is the problem) or develop and quickly release a hotfix (if it is a problem in FindTuner or if they can provide a way to us avoid encountering the problem).

What do you dislike about FindTuner?

Perhaps because of the size of Innovent Solutions, or because of what I presume to be a limited customer base for FindTuner, there are times when we get a release, then quickly find out that something in the new release doesn't work with our data or processes, so that it is not ready for us to use in a Production environment. Sometimes we find that we are helping test a release that we would have hoped to solid, with all the kinks worked out, before we got it (as an official release). What do you like best about FindTuner?

Our business uses FindTuner to improve our customer's experience on a daily basis. Our digital merchandisers find the tool easy to operate and navigate. Upgrade and tool roll-out support is very helpful and collaborative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FindTuner?

Occasionally our business finds a feature or widget we do not use or have a need to use currently. We need to instruct our users to 'not use' the widget or feature. We run into problems when a user forgets they should not use feature / widget and that causes re-training and follow-up, taking time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FindTuner?

On one hand we have experienced great support. On the other hand we have a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FindTuner?

We use SAP Commerce Cloud which doesn't support FindTuner directly, so we needed some workarounds. For us it was also better to have the interface inside of the CCv2 backoffice instead of a separate location. We still use a lot of url parameters for which you should have in depth solr knowledge. What do you like best about FindTuner?

We use find tuner for an array of different use cases, all aimed to improve the quality of our clients search results.

FindTuner has a great UI that makes it very easy to navigate and understand its features.

By using FindTuner we were able to handle our search merchandising in one centralized location

What do you like best about FindTuner?

I like that I can easily manipulate the experience for the customer down to category, price type, and have it apply down to lower level pathing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FindTuner?

The update to the new software is an improvement but I wish that I could see products that are being boosted wtihout taking the rule out of active mode, or that if I "pin" that the logic could see any gaps in the pinning numbers and fill it in as I continue pinning.
