What do you like best about FinancesOnline?
I loved the neatly arranged software directory divided logically into different categories. It helps me to easily find reviews of different software of a specific category and with some effort, I can easily compare multiple software products to find the more relevant for my needs. The placement of categories is also friendly with most of the key categories listed on the eye level which helps me to scan through and find key categories.
The website is purpose-built to genuinely showcase the really helpful software products in a highlighted manner. I also loved the fact that its judgment and placement are not influenced by the brand or status quo as I can see even some new and lesser-known software types being positioned prominently due to their constantly good performance and positive reviews. Also, the approval process is detailed, and genuine- as far as I believe. Visually highlighted Verified Seal makes it easy to filter out only the genuine and trustworthy softwares- which is a major concern for people.
On the review page, one can see not only the first-hand experiences of users but also the features and prices, which makes it easy to shortlist the right kind of softwares that fits one’s budget and requirements. I also like the detailed reviews of several softwares that are written by the experts but I think that would be more useful for corporate enterprises who need to know detailed information about a software before investing into it.
The site allows software vendors to list their products free and thus encourages even small businesses and start-ups or individual developers to add their products and gain wider visibility. Bloggers and freelancers like me are generally interested in software products with the free version or very low cost and Financesonline is one of the most ideal places to find such software types. What do you dislike about FinancesOnline?
In its present version, the reviews on the homepage are presented in paragraph format which compels a reader to click on any specific software to read full reviews. I think that the reviews of major/highlighted software products on the Homepage should be presented in simple pointers like pros, cons and final verdict along with the price.
