## About FieldProFlow - Field Sales Intelligence Platform
FieldProFlow is German-language field sales software for independent sales representatives (Handelsvertreter) and agencies managing several brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It connects retail prospecting, visit planning, orders, supplier reports, and the representative's own commission work. The platform includes 100,000+ verified retail locations. Reps can identify potential customers alongside their existing customer base, plan the week and road routes in MyDay, and record visit outcomes with notes, photos, order items, and the relevant supplier context. AI-assisted notes and Smart Insights help with documentation and follow-up; MyInsights shows activity and results. After saving an order, reps can share a PDF order summary with the supplier. Previous order items can be reused for a repeat order. Reusable report templates and the supplier-facing report portal help reps share selected results while keeping each supplier's information separate. Business and Founding also support the representative's own commission tracking and invoicing. E-invoices are available today: users can download ZUGFeRD or XRechnung from the invoice editor. This is separate from forwarding a customer's order to a supplier. Business and Founding include 10 suppliers. Optional capacity packs add 5 suppliers for EUR 19 per month or EUR 190 per year, up to 30 suppliers in total. FieldProFlow is currently German-language and focused on the DACH market.
