Representatives can identify potential customers alongside their existing customer base, plan road routes in MyDay™ and capture visits with notes, photos, order items and supplier context. AI-assisted notes and Smart Insights support documentation and follow-up; MyInsights™ shows activity and results. Orders can be shared with suppliers as PDFs, and previous order items can be reused. Pro adds reusable report templates, automated reports and a reporting portal. Business includes commission calculation and the representative’s own invoices. ZUGFeRD and XRechnung downloads are available in the invoice editor today. Business includes ten principals; optional capacity packages add five for EUR 19/month or EUR 190/year, up to 30 in total. Business Launch costs EUR 55/month or EUR 550/year when booked by December 31, 2026 inclusive. That price remains while the subscription stays continuously active. FieldProFlow Brands gives manufacturers and suppliers a separate workspace for products, verified retail locations, visit workflows, campaigns and deliberately shared results. Connected representatives retain their own accounts. Brands Control adds confirmed individual appointments, private campaign messages and detailed analysis by representative, result goal and period. Brands Launch costs EUR 149 net/month for the first twelve months, then EUR 199. Brands Control Launch costs EUR 249 net/month in total for the first twelve months, then EUR 349. Both launch offers are bookable through December 31, 2026 inclusive, cancellable monthly and include a personal introduction. Representatives need a separate active FieldProFlow subscription or eligible trial. There is no additional Brands usage fee per representative, connection, campaign, location, visit, photo or result.
