Field Sales Reviews & Product Details

Field Sales is mobile sales management software connecting field representatives with administrative teams via synchronized apps. It handles order creation, payment collection, tax-compliant invoicing, and location tracking in one system. Representatives create orders from a catalog with tiered pricing and customer-specific rates, supporting cash, bank transfers, and checks. Tax-compliant invoices with QR codes are sent directly to customers, and payment receipts are stored digitally. Managers control permissions for discounts, pricing, and customer additions. Vehicle inventory adjusts stock levels as sales occur, while GPS tracking monitors locations and routes. The customer database tracks credit limits, balances, and account statements, alerting users when limits are exceeded. Offline functionality allows invoicing and syncing once reconnected. The platform integrates with ERP systems, supports barcode scanning, and offers role-based interfaces for users.
