## About Field Sales and Service Management
MAPOG Field Sales & Service manages the full journey of field work — lead, site survey, quotation, installation, service and AMC — in one record, on one map. Leads are captured with their location and convert automatically into customers on their first won deal. Every customer can hold multiple sites and assets, all plotted on a live map colour-coded by status. Deals move through configurable stage workflows. Each stage carries a structured form instead of a free-text note, forms can be filled by voice from the field, and multi-step stages such as installation unlock in sequence with photo proof captured at each step. Built-in quotation tools handle line items, tax and discounts, and every stage change is permanently logged with a timestamp and owner. Service requests, technician assignment and maintenance contracts run in the same system as the original installation, so nothing is lost between sales and service. Used by solar installers, CCTV and security companies, telecom operators and facility management firms.
