Fext Reviews & Product Details

Fext is a fast iOS app for sending many texts that still feel one to one. You write a message once, personalize it with merge fields like first name, choose a group, and Fext steps you through each send from your own Messages app. Every recipient gets a real individual text from your number, so replies show up in the same inbox you already use. Set up is simple. Create groups, or import a CSV. Use the smart contact picker with search, favorites, Select All, and number validation to keep lists clean. Build reusable templates with variables and attach the photos, files, or links you would normally share in Messages. Preview per recipient before sending. For long lists, turn on the optional Apple Shortcut that taps Send for you so you can move through 40 or 400 contacts without babysitting every screen. Why teams choose Fext: bulk texting tools often feel like blasts and get ignored. Fext keeps the human feel and the reply rate because each message is delivered natively as SMS or iMessage from you, not a short code. There is no new inbox to learn and no relay through a third party. It is your phone, your number, your conversations. Privacy is built in. Contacts and message content stay on your device and are used only to send messages. We do not store them on our servers. Fext does not read your incoming messages. Contact access is optional, but enabling it unlocks the faster, more precise picker described above so you save time while staying in control. Who uses Fext: real estate agents and teams, schools, churches, sports clubs, nonprofits, clinics, creators, and local businesses that need quick outreach without losing the personal touch. Common jobs include open house follow up, event reminders and RSVPs, volunteer coordination, payment or scheduling nudges, win-back campaigns, and review requests. Getting started takes minutes. Download Fext, create or import a list, choose a template, and start sending from the Messages app you already trust. Start free, then upgrade for larger lists and advanced features as you grow.
