They have great, responsive customer service. I like the computer version as well as the mobile version, which can be used with an iPad as well. **What do you dislike about Fergus?** Sometimes invoices are not entered correctly, although they are set up to be imported through the supplier automatically. There is also once instance where the supplier invoice is doubled up and transfers to Xero twice. **What problems is Fergus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with planning jobs, assigning employees to jobs. It automatically imports invoices and let's us put them straight to a job. You can easily integrate with Xero and MYOB. ### 2. Invoices go out faster and clients are happier because we look like we know what we're doing ### 3. I like the ability to track staff when needed and the fact that it also has a complete health and safety component.
