**What do you like best about Fergus?**

It is easy to use, without any experience. They have great, responsive customer service. I like the computer version as well as the mobile version, which can be used with an iPad as well.

**What do you dislike about Fergus?**

Sometimes invoices are not entered  correctly, although they are set up to be imported through the supplier automatically. There is also once instance where the supplier invoice is doubled up and transfers to Xero twice.

**What problems is Fergus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with planning jobs, assigning employees to jobs. It automatically imports invoices and let's us put them straight to a job. You can easily integrate with Xero and MYOB.

All information at your fingertips, its easy to keep track of jobs

**What do you dislike about Fergus?**

Very little to dislike, developers are very helpful with any problems or requests

**What problems is Fergus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of jobs, labour and materials, timesheets, all info is easily accesible and available.  Invoices go out faster and clients are happier because we look like we know what we're doing

**What do you like best about Fergus?**

great customer service and very user friendly interface. having everything at my fingertips in one place is helpful when trying to plan the work week out for me and my techs

**What do you dislike about Fergus?**

mobile app leaves a bit to be desired but web interface is great. pricing is a little high compared to competitors considering there are no outstanding features

**What problems is Fergus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

scheduling employees with clients and streamlining on site quotes and estimates

**What do you like best about Fergus?**

It allows the management of work and field services, is cloud-based and is designed for small and medium enterprises. I like the ability to track staff when needed and the fact that it also has a complete health and safety component. Customers enjoy the interface via email and we consider the system's ability to track and record information related to the site to be very valuable for all users and you can additionally attach photos of the work done.


**What do you dislike about Fergus?**

I would like to see a better report that shows sales and profits in a particular period per sales representative per job using only the start date of a job, the WIP report cannot do this and the email platform used ends up being too much spam for customers.

**What problems is Fergus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 Before Fergus, everything was handwritten, including time sheets, customer details, scheduling and job notes, they were written in a diary and on a huge blackboard, monthly billing was done with stacks and piles of paper and it was a huge job every month after its implementation takes care of all the details, from quotation, scheduling and billing to managing your equipment and Health and Safety saving us a lot of time and all staff can see what's for the week.

**What do you like best about Fergus?**

easy to use, good customer service, constantly being updated and improved

**What do you dislike about Fergus?**

had a bit of a learning curve to get started but once I got the hang of it it worked great!

**Recommendations to others considering Fergus:**

be prepared to find out if you are losing money... we thought we were doing much better than we actually were due to small costs that were being overlooked on a regular basis.
