What do you like best about Feedbear?

This tool is amazing. It is so intuitive and easy to use. And, it's the only one that I know that lets users submit an idea WITHOUT needing to give you their email. This is a huge friction point for providing feedback, and Feedbear is so smart to include this. I love that I can quickly collect and manage feedback without having to worry about anything. The tool is so intuitive that I am able to quickly and easily build new features based on the feedback I am getting. What do you dislike about Feedbear?

I'd prefer to have more design styling choices. It's a wonderful tool for collecting feedback, but the overall design tools feel limited in ensuring brand awareness. What do you like best about Feedbear?

Very easy to use! There are some complicated Feedback-tools out there. Feedbear is not complicated. However, it still is powerful! I like the UX for both admins and customers/users. Feedbear doesn't require users to sign-up to vote or review. That has been very important in my purchasing decision. Signing up is always an extra layer preventing them from sharing their valuable insights. They offer CNAME (very important for me, too). And... they have their own very promising roadmap.

What do you dislike about Feedbear?

The tool would benefit from offering more languages. I am using it at my German site. It's possible because all terms are customizable - however, it is not yet possible to offer the Roadmap multilingually (at least as far as I know). However, I think it's on their roadmap already. Hope that will be released soon. As well as my personal wish: KonnectzIT integration (but that's just me). Zapier they already have integrated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feedbear?

I was studying how to create a feedback app with an upvote functionality from scratch, then I found out about Feedbear and decided to give it a try. I was able to set up and demo to my team the functionality in minutes. I enjoy the simplicity and clean UI compared to some other brands in the market. I think this app has lots of use cases! What do you dislike about Feedbear?

Currently, I am not able to change the names of the status of each submission but I understand that functionality is coming soon. Also, I would like to see the full list of participants/commenters in one dashboard and some additional analytics on the interactivity of boards would be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feedbear?

I really appreciate Feedbear's UX. I think a lot of software gets carried away with the functionality or features of their product, but neglect the UX - but not Feedbear. It's extremely simple and intuitive to set up and deploy, but don't confuse that with being feature-poor, because it packs a ton.

Custom domains, modular workspaces, widget - just to name a few.

The Feedbear team is constantly hard at work improving the product and the result is a masterpiece. I have tried other tools in this space and have enjoyed certain qualities and features of each of them, but Feedbear feels the most robust and solid, without many compromises (for example, there's no Dark Mode like you might find in its competitors). What do you dislike about Feedbear?

Really only the last point I made above regarding something like Dark Mode or the ability to modify the appearance a bit more. Right now you can only choose the accent color and logo to sort of brand things in your own way, but I have some projects that have dark themes, so it's a bit jarring when you go from a dark site to a white platform like Feedbear with no real way to blend the two experiences. But in terms of actual functionality and features (not quality of life cosmetic stuff), I have absolutely no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feedbear?

It is pretty straightforward to set up as an admin, and I think it is pretty intuitive for users to use as well. I have tried other systems like this that were very complicated, which may be fine for larger organizations. For small to mid-size organizations, you need systems that are easy to learn, set up, and use so you can focus on the outcomes (not the tech behind the scenes). What do you dislike about Feedbear?

I'm still new to the platform but haven't found anything I didn't like. I guess you could say that not being white-labeled could be a downside, but white-labeling is available at a certain level. So, that isn't really a downside either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
