**What do you like best about Feedbear?**

Great customer feedback focused platform with good customization. Very easy to implement and immediately start getting product feedback. Feedback can be setup to be public or private.

**What do you dislike about Feedbear?**

It does customer initiated product feedback really well, but hasn't ventured out into other methods to capture product analytics like real time user monitoring.

Needed a light weight customer feedback platform and Feedbear does that well.

Admin side is complicated and requires you to think about things better.  Also it needs to integrate to more project management systems directly.

With this tool you can add all the new ideas, suggestions you have in your mind and users can vote for the specific ones that they like. 

It gives you a deeper and better understanding on what you should be prioritizing more.

It gives a platform for keeping your customers posted about the updates that are in progress. 

And it also sends automatic status updates as you work on your product or make progress on their requests.

**What do you like best about Feedbear?**

This tool is amazing. It is so intuitive and easy to use. And, it's the only one that I know that lets users submit an idea WITHOUT needing to give you their email. This is a huge friction point for providing feedback, and Feedbear is so smart to include this.  I love that I can quickly collect and manage feedback without having to worry about anything. The tool is so intuitive that I am able to quickly and easily build new features based on the feedback I am getting. The tool is so easy to use that my team members are able to use it and collect feedback all day long.

**What do you dislike about Feedbear?**

I'd prefer to have more design styling choices. It's a wonderful tool for collecting feedback, but the overall design tools feel limited in ensuring brand awareness. I would also appreciate more choices for showing more boards "workplace" to users, instead of just one.

**What problems is Feedbear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now we're getting to hear our audience's voice on what to do next. Getting feedback about what services we offer, what can we do differently, and what they want to learn.

**What do you like best about Feedbear?**

Very easy to use! There are some complicated Feedback-tools out there. Feedbear is not complicated. However, it still is powerful! I like the UX for both admins and customers/users. Feedbear doesn't require users to sign-up to vote or review. That has been very important in my purchasing decision. Signing up is always an extra layer preventing them from sharing their valuable insights. They offer CNAME (very important for me, too). And... they have their own very promising roadmap.
I am looking forward to using this tool even more in the future!

**What do you dislike about Feedbear?**

The tool would benefit from offering more languages. I am using it at my German site. It's possible because all terms are customizable - however, it is not yet possible to offer the Roadmap multilingually (at least as far as I know). However, I think it's on their roadmap already. Hope that will be released soon. As well as my personal wish: KonnectzIT integration (but that's just me). Zapier they already have integrated!

I am receiving ideas and wishes from customers and homepage visitors. I must know what my customers need and want. I am regularly conducting customer interviews, and this is a great addition!

**What do you like best about Feedbear?**

I was studying how to create a feedback app with an upvote functionality from scratch, then I found out about Feedbear and decided to give it a try. I was able to set up and demo to my team the functionality in minutes. I enjoy the simplicity and clean UI compared to some other brands in the market. I think this app has lots of use cases!

**What do you dislike about Feedbear?**

Currently, I am not able to change the names of the status of each submission but I understand that functionality is coming soon. Also, I would like to see the full list of participants/commenters in one dashboard  and some additional analytics on the interactivity of boards would be helpful

**Recommendations to others considering Feedbear:**

The app is fairly new and offers lots of use cases but has lots of potential! Give it a try at least as it could be a time saver if you need to collect feedback from your community

We are introducing crowdsourcing answers from our community using Feedbear instead of doing it all via WhatsApp groups

**What do you like best about Feedbear?**

I really appreciate Feedbear's UX. I think a lot of software gets carried away with the functionality or features of their product, but neglect the UX - but not Feedbear. It's extremely simple and intuitive to set up and deploy, but don't confuse that with being feature-poor, because it packs a ton.

Custom domains, modular workspaces, widget - just to name a few.

The Feedbear team is constantly hard at work improving the product and the result is a masterpiece. I have tried other tools in this space and have enjoyed certain qualities and features of each of them, but Feedbear feels the most robust and solid, without many compromises (for example, there's no Dark Mode like you might find in its competitors).

**What do you dislike about Feedbear?**

Really only the last point I made above regarding something like Dark Mode or the ability to modify the appearance a bit more. Right now you can only choose the accent color and logo to sort of brand things in your own way, but I have some projects that have dark themes, so it's a bit jarring when you go from a dark site to a white platform like Feedbear with no real way to blend the two experiences. But in terms of actual functionality and features (not quality of life cosmetic stuff), I have absolutely no complaints.

**What problems is Feedbear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have several uses for Feedbear, and that's why I love the modular ability of the platform so that if a project only needs Feature requests or Roadmap or Announcements, you can pick and choose what best aligns. I am able to offer these for various projects and therefore better serve users by providing them with what they need, but not offering any sort of overkill.

It is pretty straightforward to set up as an admin, and I think it is pretty intuitive for users to use as well. I have tried other systems like this that were very complicated, which may be fine for larger organizations. For small to mid-size organizations, you need systems that are easy to learn, set up, and use so you can focus on the outcomes (not the tech behind the scenes).

**What do you dislike about Feedbear?**

I'm still new to the platform but haven't found anything I didn't like. I guess you could say that not being white-labeled could be a downside, but white-labeling is available at a certain level. So, that isn't really a downside either.

**What problems is Feedbear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a simple way to gather user feedback and communicate the progress that is being made, so they feel a sense of buy-in to the organization. Feedbear allows this to happen in a very interactive yet straightforward way.

Intuitive UI, no user support was needed
Connection with a simple roadmap view

We used Aha and Productboard before for a similar use case but abandoned them because of high maintenance costs for managing such solutions. Feedbear is a perfect fit for us as it gets the job done without investing man-days of effort.

**What do you dislike about Feedbear?**

Analytics are very weak - it would be very beneficial to see the individual requests in the context of a customer or to be able to segment them accordingly.

**Recommendations to others considering Feedbear:**

Good tool getting the job done fast
Not suitable for higher use cases in Product Management or analytics

**What problems is Feedbear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have invested a lot to ensure regular calls with customers to gather their feedback, but we saw that many of them do not have time for such calls - a solution allowing them to provide feedback offline, at the moment when they feel the need, is a more reliable fallback solution.

Often, customers are asking about potential future features. Many of them were already planned at that moment. Feedbear helps us to communicate the expected roadmap and drive alignment with our customers about upcoming features.

Feedbear is so simple and straightforward. In a few minutes, we got our whitelabelled Feedbear page set up for collecting feedback, displaying the product roadmap and sharing the changelog. Our customers also love it.

We always wanted to launch a public roadmap of the product. We had tried a few other apps also. But either they were too expensive to justice the investment or were too complicated. We were internally managing the product roadmap; we collected feature requests using a simple contact form and working changelog in our website. All these three were scattered and were taking too much of our time maintaining them separately. Feedbear changed all that by providing a simple interface to manage all these under one login.

What's most helpful about Feedbear is the feature set. It's a great tool to gathering feedback from our community. The upside of Feedbear is that it helps us to prioritize new features by gathering real time feedback from our user base. It makes our users feel truly part of our growth plan. It also helps us to focus on the features and fixes reported to us by our community.

I'm looking for additional branding features from Feedbear like Google Fonts, button shapes and colors.I'd also like to see the ability for custom CSS.

Before Feedbear, we collected feedback via forms and emails. Feedbear help us realize big gains in productivity with its user generated feedback functions.

Amazing platform that allows you to have pages to collect feedback and better understand what is important for your users. Its great how you your users can suggest new ideas, vote up and down accordingly. Its very friendly and easy to use. Its also easy for your users to see the release specs of new funcionalities you make available.

Nothing for the time being, maybe they could introduce a more affordable tear so more people get to benefit from their services.

Nothing to dislike. If I had to pick 1 thing, it would be the branding on the bottom, but thankfully, there's an option to remove that, so all good.

Feedbear is such an intuitive product. We get to align our entire team and customers around it. It's like a tiny community of passionate product users who help you improve your roadmap and ship great features. Our customers access "Feedbear" through a branded URL (super easy to set up): roadmap.leaddelta.com, and all of them can leave feedback, ask questions, track changelog. Search, suggestions, merging tickets, etc. works seamlessly. We love it.

Honestly, there is nothing, in particular, to be added here. Perhaps it'd be nice if you could organize the epics but you have tags. Lastly, integrations with PM tools such as Trello would be good to have.

It's really easy to use and organize everything; the interface is intuitive and makes so easy to feel forms to publish current ideas or progress. I've tried a lot of tools, and Feedbear is definitely the best.

Its not something I dislike but maybe options to reorganize frontpage would be great or having the ability to use different templates, but again is not something to dislike it's more related to have more versatility and options because the current frontpage is really well designed and looks great.

We didn't know how to organize all our ideas and client feedback to make our products and services better, but now with feedbear we have the perfect tool for that.

It's straightforward to use, and the road map we created with Feedbear looks really good, and since it's an interactive tool, we use it as a forum. We normally had another changelog tool but Feedbear also has it, and I'm also impressed with their changelog tool too.

Maybe more native integrations, for example with Trello, can be better.

**What do you like best about Feedbear?**

We are using FeedBear and it satisfies our needs just fine. We have a public site where we gather feedback but also ask our customers to leave us feedback via Intercom. Because FeedBear integrates with Intercom, Zapier, and Slack, we never missed a thing. Once the feature is ready for customers, we can notify customers that were interested in that particular feature immediately.

I'd welcome a slightly sophisticated customer statistics.

**Recommendations to others considering Feedbear:**

If you are not sure I'd say you just go ahead and try it out. They have free trial, do not require any credit card. I believe that this is the best way to find out whether FeedBear is fit for your needs.
