FeatQ Reviews & Product Details

FeatQ is a feature request board with voting, a public roadmap and a changelog, built for software teams whose apps are sold through a store: Shopify apps, WordPress plugins, browser extensions, Google Workspace add-ons and vertical SaaS. The problem it solves: users ask for features in app store reviews and support tickets, where nobody else can vote. A "great app, I just wish it did X" review costs you a star, and the next ten customers who want X never see it. Tickets get closed and go quiet. The loudest request wins, while the one fifty users share stays unbuilt. FeatQ puts every request on one board. Share a single link in your support replies, your store listing and your app's help menu. Users submit, vote and comment with just an email, no account needed. You can require a 6-digit verification code, or keep the board private to approved emails and customer domains for beta groups or Pro customers. Prioritize with real vote counts, then set each request's status to planned, in progress or shipped. The public roadmap shows customers you listened before they write a review. When you mark a request shipped, FeatQ publishes it to your changelog and emails every voter who opted in, so a wish review can turn into an updated five-star one. FeatQ is built for teams that ship with AI. Every board has an MCP endpoint, so Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT and other coding agents can read the top requests and update their status straight from the board. Key features: - Feature request board with voting and comments - Email-only voting, no user accounts - Public roadmap (planned, in progress, shipped) - Automatic changelog from shipped requests - Ship notifications to voters - Private boards limited to approved emails or domains - MCP endpoint for AI coding agents Pricing is flat: $19 a month at launch pricing, up to 10,000 voters per board, with no per-user fees, and your users never pay to vote. Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee, and you can create a board in about 10 seconds. FeatQ is a simple, affordable alternative to Canny, Featurebase and UserVoice for software teams that want customer feedback management, feature voting, a product roadmap and release notes in one place.
