As the most expensive recruitment option in my budget, I expected better results and a more accommodating approach from FATj.com. **What problems is FATj.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** The impact of their services goes far beyond mere convenience. It's so easy to use, especially for someone who considers themselves a novice. Support was also excellent during the rare times we needed it! **What do you dislike about FATj.com?** I didn't find it to be super customizable. That wasn't the end all be all for our company at the time, but it did require us to find some workarounds that another provider may have been able to help with. **What problems is FATj.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem with lead generation and demand generation at our organization and we were looking for a solution to help alleviate those issues for our company. FATJ. com helped us with that! The customer portal was excellent and helped us track the quality of those leads! ### 3. We paid for 3 months in advance and we only got TWO drivers. $7300 for two drivers, that's $3650 per driver. We normally get 2 drivers a month for $500 or $250/driver. They couldn't even offer me an extra month for free to try and get more drivers. **Recommendations to others considering FATj.com:** Considering our level of concern, it would have seemed like a no-brainer to offer free advertising for an additional couple of months. They refused to even provide one month of free service. To me that might indicate that they are in financial trouble, but that is just an assumption. **What problems is FATj.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to solve our problem of finding more drivers. We only realized losing about $6800 dollars using this service. ### 4. Their customer service is top notch. The platform of which we get our drivers from is always being managed and looked over. Courtesy calls are made on a biweekly basis to make sure our hiring campaign are operating as expected, if not they work with me to get it back on track. The drivers we interview that are forwarded to us are not attached to a large resume database pond where multiple companies are fishing from. Drivers are responding to our ad according to the specific location we have set up with FATj.com. **What do you dislike about FATj.com?** I wish FATj.com would come out with an app where a driver puts in a location and all the jobs come up. **Recommendations to others considering FATj.com:** I believe recuiting for commercial drivers is more difficult than it has ever been. If you hear that something works from people it is crazy to not pull a little from your budget to give something a shot. That's what I did now FATj.com is my highest cost to my recruiting budget. **What problems is FATj.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used many platforms where I have had to sort through hundreds of resumes that were irrelevant to what we do. Other platforms say that you can filter out the drivers resumes but through my experience that simply is not the case. With FATj.com they truely work on filtering to your specific requirments. Do drivers still get through, yes but there is no comparison to what I used to go through with other companies. ### 5. After being in the recruiting space for over 13 years the services coupled with the outstanding customer support is second to none. To yourself a favor and get FATj on your team. **What do you dislike about FATj.com?** Receiving to many qualified leads. I have to buy more trucks!! **What problems is FATj.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead quality is the best time savor. Spending hours upon hours on cold calls to dead leads is the biggest time consumption for me. With this service I can spend more time on retention and culture building! ### 6. If there are any changes that need to be made to my campaign, she makes sure it gets done quickly. FATj is a perfect way to generate a good number of leads, and it doesn't involve any maintenance because they take care of it for you. **What do you dislike about FATj.com?** I used to dislike the fact that there wasn't an online dashboard for me to track, but recently they came out with a customer portal which solved any issue I may have had. **Recommendations to others considering FATj.com:** GO FOR IT! It's easy and efficient and GETS YOU LEADS. **What problems is FATj.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** FATj finds new ways to reach your demographic. Our jobs are being posted in areas we haven't had a presence on before. ### 7. Very little leg work needed on our end to determine whether or not a lead will be a good fit or not. **What do you dislike about FATj.com?** Like any other sites, candidates can still not be truthful when providing information which you will eventually find out and determine that they are not a viable candidate. **What problems is FATj.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are saving time in our search for drivers, quickly vetting all leads, and setting up interviews quicker than we have prior to using. ### 8. We still need to fully interact with the platform itself.
