Fair Flow Reviews & Product Details

Fair Flow is salon operations software built by salon owners for busy salon teams. Your booking software manages appointments. Fair Flow manages the salon: the team, the floor and the daily operation around the appointment book. Queue replaces the paper turn list with one live, first-come, first-served rotation. Everyone sees who is available, who is next and who is in service. Filter the queue by role or by service, based on the services set in each employee's settings, and call the next tech with one tap. Hold keeps a tech's place during a small, quick service. Digital service tickets let staff log services, times and prices without access to your booking system, and show what each service and product earns the staff member based on their commission rates. Fair Flow also connects schedules, a time clock with photo clock-in and kiosk or location check, employee requests and inbox, tasks and checklists, team chat, inventory with shopping lists, training with quizzes, staff points and multi-location visibility.
