FactoryJet Reviews & Provider Details

FactoryJet is an AI and ecommerce services company, founded in 2014. We run two separate practices. AI development. We design, build and support custom AI agents for any industry and any team: sales, support, finance and operations. Agents we have built detect and report commercial-vehicle accidents for a law firm, turn RFQs into quotes, post daily bookkeeping entries, and create purchase and sales orders inside Odoo, NetSuite, SAP Business One and ERPNext. Each agent works inside the tools a team already uses, and the client owns it. Ecommerce development. We design, build and support online stores and B2B ordering portals for DTC and B2B brands. We are a registered Shopify Partner and also build on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce and Commerceflo. Much of the work is connecting systems: a store that agrees with QuickBooks, a catalog fed from an ERP, a wholesale portal with account pricing and reorders, and listings synced to Amazon and TikTok Shop. Since 2014 we have delivered work for more than 500 businesses. 97% of our projects ship on time, and clients rate us 4.9 out of 5 on average. We stay on after launch to support and improve what we built, so every client has one accountable team for the life of the project.
