Facility Grid Reviews & Product Details

Facility Grid is the purpose-built Lifecycle Commissioning™ platform trusted by the world's largest commissioning providers, general contractors, data centers, and building owners. Our three integrated products — FG Construct, FG Validate, and FG Sustain — give teams one asset-level record from groundbreaking through decades of operation. FG Construct manages commissioning, quality control, and operational readiness through turnover. FG Validate connects directly to building automation systems and runs automated functional testing across 100% of controllable points — proving every system works as designed. FG Sustain runs repeatable ASHRAE 211 energy audits, forecasts carbon penalty exposure, and turns compliance deadlines into funded capital plans. One platform. Every phase. One record.
