I dislike how unprofessional EzyCourse seems. The founder responds with a childish attitude, and it doesn't feel like they take customer service seriously. The founder keeps replying to any review like a child, they do not even know to respond to the customers problems professionally , when I saw the founder attitude, I automatically came to understand why this pattern was in the whole team. When I left an honest review in one of the platforms , the response was more about boasting about having many customers and making a lot of money rather than addressing my concerns. and he threatened me with cancelling my account in 3 days and they deleted my groups immediately, even though I had subscriptions, and though my marketing campaigns are running. It felt threatening, like if they don't like you, they will just cancel your account. Also, the setup was misleading because there was no real free trial; you had to pay immediately in order to continue. The whole experience was one of the worst I've had. It is an all-encompassing platform that seamlessly supports membership site creation, course creation, email marketing needs, and provides easy Webhook integration. I can't believe that EzyCourse provides all the necessary features for starting and growing an online business. I have been using it for 8 months, and I can't say enough about its features. I purchased the lifetime deal, and I cannot compare EzyCourse with any other platform.
