It's simply a no-code platform that allows simple drag and drops to do the automation. **What do you dislike about EZFlow by EPSoft?** so far I don't have any complaints about the EZFlow. **What problems is EZFlow by EPSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have so many laborious processes that need lots of manpower consumed and are not very well documented. With the end to end to flows in EZFlows, we were able to identify and automate with full-blown solution. ### 8.
