The service provides comprehensive AI-driven BIM analysis, drawing reviews, and compliance reporting, streamlining the workflow for architects and engineers. It supports multiple international standards and sustainability programs, ensuring projects meet necessary regulations efficiently.

**What do you like best about EXXY AI Studio?**

AI BIM analysis and Drawing Reviewer, the reports it generates, and the fact that any model analysis can be added to its integrated Presentation creator. Any architect would use this on a daily basis. It runs compliance checks against British Standards, Singapore BCA, Vietnam's QCVN, NFPA, and even sustainability programs such as LEED, Well. Pretty amazing

**What do you dislike about EXXY AI Studio?**

Plugins to some frequently used software would be good. Currently there are none. 3D models need to be uploaded as IFC.

**Recommendations to others considering EXXY AI Studio:**

Consider developing plugins for popular software to enhance integration and ease of use. Additionally, explore options for direct 3D model uploads without the need for IFC conversion.

**What problems is EXXY AI Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent reviewing documents for compliance, also issuing specifications to contractors, meeting minutes, it's like having 3 extra assistants all working at the same time and reporting back to you
