Extremis Reviews & Product Details

Extremis is a shared team inbox and AI Agent for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Gmail. A business connects its WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official Cloud API and can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. It invites its team, and everyone works customer conversations together in real time, with a clear owner for every chat. What teams get: • One inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Gmail, including images, voice notes, reactions, and replies • Assignment and routing: round-robin, weighted ratio, or least busy • Open, pending, and closed status, snooze, internal notes, @mentions, quick replies, and labels • Contacts with custom fields, merge, CSV export, and WooCommerce order history • WhatsApp templates and campaigns, sent immediately or scheduled • Reports on response and resolution times, agent performance, and team attendance • An AI Agent that suggests replies or answers customers independently, then hands the chat to a human agent The AI Agent runs on the business's own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, or Groq key, and Extremis charges nothing per AI answer. Extremis works in the browser and installs on Android and iPhone with push notifications. Pricing is per workspace, monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial and no markup on Meta's WhatsApp fees.
