Exacti.us Reviews & Provider Details

Exactius is a full-funnel growth agency that provides performance marketing, strategy, creative, and whole-business analytics and data science to consumer and B2B companies. The firm operates through two practices based on company revenue: one serving companies from $5M to $100M, and one serving companies from $100M to $1B. Both practices are designed for companies where paid marketing is a primary growth lever. Senior operators join client teams and manage growth functions day to day, with performance measured against the client's profit and loss statement rather than platform-level advertising dashboards. Engagements can begin with a single function, such as performance marketing, or expand to include the full team across all four functions. Every engagement includes Violet, Exactius's AI-powered platform that turns fragmented data into one source of truth for measuring lifetime value against customer acquisition cost (LTV:CAC) and contribution margin in real time. Over ten years, Exactius's partner companies have reached nine-figure exits and IPOs, generating $1B+ in combined enterprise value. The firm has measured $3.98B+ in revenue and $848M+ in marketing analyzed, and has contributed to the acquisition of 12M+ members & customers across 7+ industries. Its 100 operators are distributed across offices in Brooklyn, Tel Aviv, Kyiv, and Madrid. Founders: David Manela (CRO through the Fiverr IPO; former ideeli, #1 Inc. 500, nine-figure exit) and Paul Hurley (grew ideeli from $0 to $200M).
