The entire system is intuitive and I like that the UI is clean and not cluttered with unnecessary information. I especially like that you are able to sync Evisort to your Google Drive and contracts are immediately imported into Evisort. Not only are contracts immediately imported, dashboards are created and we have immediate access to contract insights. The repository couldn't be easier to search. We are able to quickly locate our contracts in Evisort. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** The system lacks the ability to track multiple documents in one ticket. Our users are having to create multiple tickets if the contract has more than one document that needs to be tracked. This create extra work and the possibility of missing a signature at the esignature phase. **What problems is Workday CLM, powered by Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Evisort for our contract workflows and repository. Our contract submitters have quickly learned how to submit their contracts into Evisort with little to no friction. The implementation process was easy. The platform integrations connected without issue. We rolled it out to users in September and it was very well received. Our users commented that the system was much easier to navigate and use. Any issues we had were easily fixed by our admins, unlike our previous system were we heavily relied on the product support team. This is a great tool for our team that relies on its CLM system day-to-day. The workflows are easy to build and maintain. Evisort's AI features capture a lot of information in our documents. It was helpful to use the AI clauses built in, and it was also easy to use their AI tool to capture clauses our organization cares about. The Customer Support team and implementation staff at Evisort are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have on the platform. They make note to add us to communications and upcoming product updates related to topics that we inquire about. The Evisort team is transparent on letting us know what is in the pipeline and what improvements we can see from them in the future. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** Evisort is missing some features that are prominent in other CLMs. However, they are aware of this and are making a strategic approach on how they roll out their product updates. When we first talked with Evisort, their focus was on using their AI features to improve repository search capabilities and tools. Evisort still has some improvements to make, but we are glad to have the opportunity to grow with them. I like that it syncs with our OneDrive and if structured properly from the get-go then it becomes helpful in organizing and for AI to learn our contracts, clauses, etc. I like how the filtering functionality is so far, you can add in a bunch of conditions to filter out specific documents that you're looking for. I like the fact that there is an AI component in the platform that picks up on deadlines, renewal dates, clauses, etc. I like the support that we've gotten so far with the platform. Evisort takes security seriously and allows for very fine access controls. Evisort was also an early adopter of AI features, and continues to implement cutting edge features. Even so, Evisort doesn't implement these sloppily or in ways that would compromise security. I've also had very good experiences with customer support staff. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** Although Evisort has pretty solid instructional materials, the learning curve for administrators can be steep. This has already proven a great asset during a DD process. We also use quite some contracting automation - the business teams really appreciate how easy it is to create and sign contracts, and the legal team loves that after completion, the contract is filed automatically. We have automated around 20 different contracting processes so far and also integrated other teams like accounting and IT follow ups in contracting processes thanks to the finalization stage. The AI is a great asset when it comes to detecting the relevant contractual data. The pre-implementation sales team is more focused on selling the software than understanding the problems potential clients are trying to solve. As a result, companies might agree to terms with Evisort (say for 5 workflows and a 60 day implementation), without realizing that they actually need 10 workflows and a 90 day implementation. The sales process would be much improved if the front-end sales team helped clients identify the problems they are trying to solve, and then worked with them to understand their actual needs. Lastly, it was very hard to even get ballpark cost estimates for several weeks. From the simplicity of the approach, to the AI intelligence and the self configurable workflows, it's easy to get an ROI in a couple of months. Most importantly this tool was developed by attorneys with performance and deep AI understanding in mind. The tags that come out of the box could replace more than $1M in consulting fees alone. we found a significant amount of money to cut during Covid by using the special tags to find similar outs to contracts. I checked (expensive) outside consultant's work by using the tools and Evisort, and found many things they did not find, reducing risk. We now have a handle on all renewals preemptively, which reduces cost and promotes alignment. Very importantly we now have a place we can take all the current contracts and find them and get everyone in the company focused on where they need to go when they purchase contract Last but not least l, I enjoyed my promotion from putting the system in place, it's a solid choice. **What do you dislike about Workday CLM, powered by Evisort?** Overall it's balanced system so there's not much to dislike. We had to adjust how we think of permissions, but found work arounds. For example, my team can't be user admin's and have all HR contracts in the system without us being able to see them.
