What I like most about ThankView is how easy to it to share with our team. With all of our students, faculty and staff being spread out in the past year it has made training and utilization very easy. The courses are quick and efficient in order to learn how to use the system and the chat feature gets small issues solved super fast! Customer service from the TahnkView team is exceptional! We have the highest open rates of any of our modes of communication. We love it, our donors love it....what more could you ask for? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that I dislike about ThankView is that we have to edit and produce our videos outside of the system and then upload it to be used. Sure we utilize the customization aspect by adding on an intro of us speaking directly to the donors but, the meat and potatoes of the video is almost always produced and edited prior to upload, ThankView just doesn't have the tools within the system just yet to create a high quality edited vide..... including outro music.
