The list of things I dislike about Thankview is very short. If I could mention one thing, it would be the process of adding new recipients to a campaign. Honestly, the downsides are minimal. There are some integration limitations but we've found workarounds for most of these. Additionally, ThankView is continually rolling out new features and enhancing existing ones. They make a point to listen to client feedback and consider requests. I love Thankview for everything it encompasses. It is a quick and easy way to steward generous donors and show them just how much we are grateful for their gifts. I would say the biggest downfall this year, is now everything is presented as "add-ons" and extra packages. I respect business, but it would be nice to have unlimited use of the platform all for one basic package cost. At least coming from the nonprofit sector, we only have so much available to us.
