As with all email marketing tools, some people may view this as a type of "spam". But I don't believe that is a knock against the program itself. ThankView has made it easy for me to send creative and personalized thank yous to all my donors! The platform is so intuitive and makes for a meaningful touch point. It also allows us to include multiple voices if we want our whole team and/or the Head of School to thank a donor either in one video or by splicing various videos together.
