ThankView is a very easy tool to use. Even if you're not big on technology, it is very simple (though you can customize quite a bit) to walk through... As with anything else, there are limits based on cost. I just recently capped out on how many people we could send something to based on our contract; thankfully, we were able to delete some old contacts to make it work.
