Either simple or complex. They are usually ready to any questions - and if they don't know the answer, they will look for it. No need to get frustrated. Also the simplicity and UX is a pro. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** Not to dislike, but I guess there are lots of Compliance opportunities that are not being leveraged. More useful and actionable graphs with data we could get like CTITs, IP addresses and a lot of data points we could be using. We are not being able to action within the platform but by pulling manual reports and pivoting externally. I guess there's room for improvement and new features to implement - and it takes time but I'm confident their team is capable of achieving great results. **What problems is Everflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly tracking and campaign managing are being solved with Everflow today. Then Billing with some challenges which are being solved by giving feedbacks. They're very receptive to suggestions and their time to implementation of suggestions/new-features/bug-fixes is excellent. They support direct-tracking which is the direction the industry is heading to, specially for social platforms. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** Being picky, I would fix some caching on their interface so it renders a tad faster. **Recommendations to others considering Everflow:** Out of all the trackers in the industry I've worked with, Everflow is the one I like best so far. If you're hesitant about making the decision, unless you have very edge-cases in your company (which could require deeper consideration) I say just go for it. Pixel implementations are simple, accurate and accommodate to all cases. The sheer fact that they support pre and post sales events makes it great for social publishers. Every feature you want is easily accessible. The system works FAST no matter how much data you have. And it's fully mobile responsive ! Most of all, their support is second to none in this business. The click tracking and reporting is 99.9% accurate in our experience and the pixel tracking is very easy to set up. Tracking links are short and clear for affiliates and the API is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** This is a difficult question but like anything there is always room for some improvement. The good news is that its hard to find ways to improve the EF platform. We have used every major system out there i.e. CAKE, HasOffers, DirectTrack, etc. The main thing that I would like to see improvement on is possibly adding in some sort of attribute to find and reject bots. It does a great job on weeding out duplicate and other targeted clicks however bots are difficult to spot and it would be nice to have some sort of bot tracker in the system. **What problems is Everflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking and compilation of deep reporting is our favorite advantage. It eliminates a lot of scrubs that we had to do on other networks which is quite a headache dealing with advertisers, publishers, and then applying to network at end of months. These are the benefits along with the very fair price that this platform costs compared to others. In addition the engineers are top notch and helped us tremendously with the migration which can be the biggest obstacle when switching platforms. ### 16. This platform does it all. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** The lack of features to control permissions and function access for affiliates & advertisers as well as employees. Wish that was a little more granular with read/write/view options. **Recommendations to others considering Everflow:** It's definitely worth it over all the other affiliate platforms out there. The ability to manage affiliates, advertisers, influencers, and all other traffic sources is unmatched. Also, this is the first platform that gives you complete control to integrate with anything e-commerce and they don't charge for events which is huge considering you always want to track funnels. This has allowed us to send all the events back to partner's traffic source pixels which has created constant scale. Also, the ability to do a full JavaScript integration has allowed us to always track 1:1. There's no more having to add conversions into the platform due to miss tracking. **What problems is Everflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Domains and custom IPs. Had some domains get flagged on a shared IP which flagged my links as malware, but we were able to resolve that with dedicated IPs. Just wish I knew about this ahead of time. This platform's ability to be customized to e-commerce has helped me scale better than all the other platforms out there 10 fold. The features and ease of use in the UI has made this a much easier platform to master for employees as well as affiliates & advertisers. ### 17. This is very beneficial because it gives a more accurate CR and seemingly increased EPCs. As a lot of pubs simply look at your system's stats vs another advertiser/network this gives you a leg up as offers look to be performing better on Everflow. ### 21. They continuously roll out additional features based on client feedback and their account management team is great. The platform's report set up enables you to quickly see things like click to conversion time. Whenever we've had a new product launch or needed to figure out a new way of reporting, the team highlighted the features to help us solve any issues. We made the choice to go with EF over the other tracking platforms I've used in the past, and it was one of the best business decisions. The interface is straight forward so our affiliate partners never have trouble figuring out how to use it, which ultimately saves us time. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** Everflow's reporting has so many features and makes data analysis extremely easy with custom reports. However, I'd like to see an expansion of features on event level reporting. **Recommendations to others considering Everflow:** Do your research. Look at all the tracking platform options and you will see that everflow has the most robust platform features and exemplary service. It gives us great control over CVR / KPIs on the sub id level by automatically pausing the worst of them and notifying the publishers. The only issue is that we are limited with the amount of rules we can create so it cannot be use for all offers in the system for the time being. I just hope we get to the point where we can create them for all offers. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** One feature I hope Everflow can implement is that when you create a SmartSwitch condition for multiple offers, it doesn’t let you set event goals per event in each offer. While I do believe it could be heavy on the servers, it can also be helpful if the offers share the same event and hard KPI conditions. No need to export to excel to run pivot tables anymore. The platform is month to month with a very fair pricing model.
